With a large extension out towards the Estuary and Garden all the living spaces have the beautiful coastline, river and sea views seen demonstrated by the photographs. This means that whether you are eating in the kitchen dining area or resting in the first floor lounge, you’ll be able to keep an eye out for the wildlife including seals, sea birds, occasionally dolphins and otters and you may even spot the odd surfer! On the ground floor, through the back french windows is a large open plan kitchen for all your self catering needs. Also on the ground floor there is a dining room, en-suite double room and a and a family room with en-suite double and single bed. On the first floor there is a lounge, a twin bedroom, and a triple room, another toilet as well as a full size bathroom toilet with a bath.
